How much can I earn?
Retail: 20% of a new customer’s first order (placed within 30 days of their click), then 5% of their orders for as long as they stay a customer. Wholesale: 10% of a new business account’s first order, then 5% of its orders for 12 months from that first paid order.
What counts toward commission?
Product lines after discounts, including private label and dropship product orders. Shipping, tax, labels, boxes and inserts do not count.
How is a sale credited to me?
A partner code always wins. Otherwise the last partner link the customer clicked in the past 30 days gets the credit. After a customer’s first order through you, they stay with you.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are approved 30 days after delivery. Approved earnings are paid once a month when they reach $50, by ACH, Zelle, Cash App or USDC on Ethereum. A W-9 is required before the first payout.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
The commission is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount comes off a later payout.
Can I see who my customers are?
No. Your reports show anonymous customer IDs, order dates and amounts. We never share names, emails or addresses.
What can I say about the products?
Products are for research use only. No health, medical or human-use claims. You can talk about lot COAs, third-party testing, vial serial verification and same-day shipping (orders before 2 PM ET Mon–Fri).
Is there a separate program for wholesale clients?
Yes. Wholesale and private label accounts get Refer & Earn in their portal: a personal link and a code that gives the referred business a discount on its first order. Rewards are paid as account credit or cash.
